2. Description of Service

Medicare Broker Directory is a platform that connects Medicare beneficiaries with licensed, independent insurance brokers. We provide:

• A searchable directory of licensed Medicare insurance brokers
• Broker profile pages with contact information and credentials
• Educational resources about Medicare
• Tools for brokers to manage their listings

We are not an insurance company, we do not sell insurance, and we are not a licensed insurance advisor. We provide a platform for connecting consumers with licensed professionals.

3. User Accounts

Broker accounts require accurate information and valid credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your profile information current and accurate
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

4. Broker Listings

Brokers listed in our directory agree to:

• Maintain valid state insurance licenses for all states where they're listed
• Comply with all applicable Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations
• Provide accurate information in their profiles
• Not engage in deceptive or misleading advertising practices
• Update their listings promptly when information changes

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or receive verified complaints.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data without permission
• Submit false information or fraudulent reviews
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use our platform to spam or harass other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

6. Disclaimers

Medicare Broker Directory provides a platform for finding brokers but does not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of broker information
• Endorse any particular broker or insurance product
• Provide insurance, financial, or legal advice
• Guarantee the quality of services provided by listed brokers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medicare Broker Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with listed brokers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

8. Subscription Terms (Brokers)

For paid broker subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30-day notice

9. User Content (Reviews)

When you submit a review, broker response, dispute, private message, or other content through Medicare Broker Directory:

• You grant Medicare Broker Directory a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, moderate, edit (for personally identifiable information only), store, and distribute your content as part of the service.
• You represent that the content is truthful, based on your personal experience, and that you have the right to submit it.
• Our moderation decisions are final, subject to administrative review on request. See our Moderation Transparency page for the full process.
• We may edit your review only to remove personally identifiable information (phone numbers, emails, SSNs, full street addresses, other people’s full names). We will not change your rating or alter the substance of your opinion.
• We may remove your review if it violates our Community Guidelines.
• You may withdraw your review at any time using the manage link in your confirmation email.
• For takedown requests beyond the self-serve withdraw flow, contact admin@medicarebrokerdirectory.com.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
