About Rachel
My goal is to take the confusion out of Medicare. My Bachelor's degree is in Education and my Master's degree is in Mathematics and I have been educating people for over twenty years. Combining my love of education, coaching, and helping others all comes together when reviewing plans and goals with my clients. Whenever possible, I sit down face-to-face with my clients so that I can fully understand what your goals and priorities are with your insurance plan. That way, I know what to focus on for you, and you feel heard and understood. That just can't happen during a phone call.

Tell us a little about your family.
My family is full of 5 young adult children between my husband and myself, our three dogs and three cats, and I can't count how many saltwater critters we have at this point!
What do you enjoy most about helping people with Medicare?
I most enjoy getting to spend time learning about my clients and hearing the amazing stories that you all have about your lives!
What makes you most proud in your career?
I will go above and beyond for every single client. That is the whole point of a job like this, and I am proud that my clients happily refer me to their friends, saying, "You have to meet Rachel!"
Where did you grow up?
I was born in St. Louis and grew up in Columbia, Missouri. I am a proud St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Missouri Tigers fan.
Why did you become a Medicare agent?
I became a Medicare Broker because I had no idea what was going on when my mom needed to use her plan, and I decided to make this less confusing for others.
