I've been a licensed insurance agent in the state of Ohio since May of 1992,currently holding a valid Property and Casualty license, as well as Life, Accident, and Health. I furthered my education within the insurance industry by attending classes sponsored by The Life Underwriter Training Council, receiving my LUTCF designation on Sept. 19th, 1995. In 1997,I shifted my focus to Medicare beneficiaries, helping them obtain supplemental coverage that best fit their needs. During the fall and winter of 2009-2010,I worked as a Senior Agent at a large,local independent insurance brokerage firm where I spoke in a public setting helping thousands of retired GM employees enroll in Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Supplement plans when they lost their group coverage. Being on my own now, I take great pride in educating and informing Medicare beneficiaries on their health care options,and enrolling them in the plan that best suits their needs. Being an independent agent allows me the ability to work for my client, not the company, matching their needs to the company that presents the best solution.
