With years of hands-on experience as a Medicare agent in Ohio, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals navigate one of the most important healthcare decisions they will make. My focus has always been simple: take the confusion out of Medicare and help people feel confident that the coverage they choose truly fits their needs, their doctors, and their budget. I work closely with clients to evaluate Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug (Part D) options, taking the time to explain how each plan works and how it aligns with their personal healthcare situation. Every conversation starts with listening. Understanding someone’s health concerns, medications, and financial priorities allows me to guide them toward a plan that provides real security. What matters most to me is the relationship with the people I serve. Medicare can feel overwhelming, especially for those entering the program for the first time. My role is to be a trusted advisor who is there before, during, and after enrollment. From reviewing plans annually to helping with questions about coverage, prescriptions, or claims, I believe in being available when my clients need support. This approach has allowed me to build lasting relationships with members throughout Ohio, many of whom I’ve served for years. Helping people protect their health, reduce their stress around healthcare decisions, and know they have someone looking out for them is the most rewarding part of the work I do.
