Hi, Most people don't wake up excited to learn about Medicare. They come to me because they're turning 65, retiring, helping an aging parent, or simply trying to make sense of a system that feels confusing and overwhelming. My goal is to make Medicare easier to understand and help you feel confident about your choices. Whether you're comparing Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, trying to understand how Medicare works with Kaiser, or wondering if you're enrolling at the right time, I'll walk you through your options in plain English. Over the years, I've learned that Medicare is rarely just about health insurance. It's often part of a much bigger conversation about aging, caregiving, retirement, and protecting the people we love. That's why I spend so much time helping families get organized, ask better questions, and prepare for life's unexpected moments. I believe education comes before enrollment. My job isn't to tell you what to do, it's to help you understand your choices so you can make the decision that's right for you. When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me writing (ck out my book: The Guts of Fermentation), teaching, fermenting vegetables, keeping bees, or creating tools and resources to help families navigate the challenges of aging with a little more confidence and a lot less chaos.
