Do you have any pets? What are their names?
We have a French Bulldog named Avocado who is an absolute cuddle bug. A young bearded dragon named Gible who enjoys walks in the backyard and finding crickets. The odd ones of the family are the thirteen tarantulas we own from a Green Bottle Blue to a Goliath Birdeater. Crazy, I know.
What do you enjoy most about helping people with Medicare?
The little moments are what mean the most. Seeing the look of relief most often that people can get the care they NEED. It’s despicable how complicated and troublesome our healthcare system is but when I see the light bulb come on for clients and they understand the ins and outs just a little bit better they’re more confident in themselves and their capabilities for care. That’s what makes the long nights worth every bit of it.
What's your favorite book or author?
I’m an absolute bookworm. I’ve read a number of the classics and have my bookshelf almost full to need another. From Shakespearean works, Harry Potter series, Edgar Allen Poe shorts or the Eragon series I love them all.
What's your go-to comfort food?
There is never a bad time for chicken wings. Happy and celebrating? Chicken wings. Sad and need a pick me up? Chicken wings. All the flavors, drums or flats, don’t matter!
