Our principal agent and broker, Michael "Justin" Holland, is originally from McAllen, Texas, located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. Over the years, he has lived and worked across the United States, managing territories for leading building products manufacturers and distributors on both the East and West coasts. He returned to Texas in 2005 and has proudly called San Antonio home ever since. In July 2013, Justin founded Texas State Financial & Health (now Texas State Insurance Services) with the goal of helping individuals, families, and businesses in San Antonio and South Texas navigate the fast-changing world of health insurance. At the time, the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) was rolling out, bringing sweeping changes to the healthcare landscape. Justin made it his mission to guide clients through this historic transition and beyond.
