I’m Alex Hayes, a licensed insurance agent/broker with HealthMarkets based in Lakeland, Florida. I help individuals and families make sense of Medicare and compare coverage options based on their doctors, prescriptions, budget, and healthcare needs. Before entering insurance, I served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps, including two deployments to Iraq, followed by 13 years in law enforcement. Those experiences shaped how I serve my clients—with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping others.
