I’m Leslie Kaz, founder and president of Syndicated Insurance Agency. Licensed in insurance since 1993, I bring more than 30 years of experience helping people understand their coverage and make informed decisions. I specialize in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities navigate Medicare, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans. As an independent agent, I help clients compare options from multiple insurance companies based on their doctors, prescriptions, budget, and individual needs. Yes! I have two dogs: Chewie, a standard poodle, and Jesse, our little dog. They’re part of the family.

What makes you most proud in your career?
Building an independent insurance agency where relationships and education come first. After more than 30 years in insurance, I’m proud to help clients understand their options and help other agents develop the knowledge to serve people well.
Why did you become a Medicare agent?
I wanted to help people make sense of decisions that affect both their healthcare and their finances. Medicare can feel overwhelming, and I believe people deserve clear explanations and someone who takes the time to listen.
