About Jeanette

Jeanette Logan is the founder, owner, and principal agent of JLL Insurance Services LLC, an Ohio-based general agency and local insurance agency specializing in Medicare and health insurance solutions. With more than 20 years of insurance-industry experience, Jeanette is known for helping clients and fellow agents navigate Medicare with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Jeanette began her insurance career in 2005 and advanced from receptionist to brokerage manager within six months. After becoming a licensed agent, she built experience across Medicare, health insurance, life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and employer-sponsored benefits. In 2014, she discovered her passion for serving the senior market and has since dedicated much of her career to Medicare education and advocacy. Her philosophy is simple: she is not a salesperson, she is an advocate, educator, protector, and trusted resource. Jeanette believes in “ABCT: Always Be Creating Trust,” and she is committed to providing clients and agents with the time, education, and support they need to make informed decisions. Jeanette is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), serving as a local board member, and is a co-chair of the organization’s Ohio Legislative Committee. Through this work, she meets with legislators and staff members in Washington, D.C., and at the Ohio Statehouse to advocate for consumers, brokers, and the health insurance industry. She has been recognized as a top-producing agent by Medicare Answers Now and TLC Insurance Group and Wealth and has participated in the Brokers Making a Difference campaign since 2024. She was also featured in The Wall Street Journal in 2025 and InsuranceNewsNet Magazine in 2026. Outside of work, Jeanette is a devoted mother, community volunteer, enthusiastic golfer, and leader of a youth girls’ golf league in Youngstown, Ohio. She also enjoys gardening, crafting, music, fashion, and spending time with her daughter, Lily.
